For over 30 years, Rockland has had an active Stephen Ministry, which consists of compassionate individuals within our congregation who are trained to help those adults who are hurting in their heart, mind, body or spirit. Confidentiality is the foundation upon which a Stephen Minister establishes a high level of trust with a person in need; regular interactions occur until the help is no longer needed.
If you are experiencing loss, grief, a relationship challenge, pandemic fatigue, or any one of a myriad of things that can throw your life into a tailspin, then a one-on-one relationship with a Stephen Minister might be very beneficial for you.
